Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Item is faulty or damaged.
- Incorrect item received.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed skincare and cosmetic products.
For customers in the European Union, eligible purchases may also be returned within the applicable statutory cooling-off period, except where an exemption applies under local consumer law (including certain opened hygiene products).
Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns outside of any rights provided under applicable consumer laws.
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made specifically for you.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 3–5 business days
Return Shipping
• Faulty/damaged items: we cover return shipping
• All other cases: customer is responsible
